Getting To Know Our Team
Pro Pump was started June 2017 by several familiar faces, however, Effective January 2024 the company was acquired by three of the employees. Pro Pump is now under new ownership with the same familiar faces. Our team has over 200 combined years in the pump business, including 140 combined years of experience with Flygt pumps. We believe that our dynamic group of skilled professionals is what sets us apart.
Pro Pump Solutions is a family-oriented company. Most families consider a strong work ethic to be an important family value. Achievement is a key element of a strong work ethic, and many families focus on achieving success–as they define it–through their professional work. With this being the case we employee several family members within the company. And even though some aren’t actual relatives, they’ve all worked together for so long that they are most definitely family.
MIKE GIBBS
Co-Owner – Operations Director
Mike has been with the company since the beginning and actually joined the ownership the beginning of this year. Mike has been working in this industry for 35+ years, in which 26 years was with Flygt. He specializes in pump sales and services along with trouble shooting, failure analysis and preventative maintenance. Mike also does the training and some repair services. When he is not servicing pumps, Mike enjoys spending time with his 4 kids and 7 grandkids. Mike also enjoys the great outdoors while fishing, hunting or riding side by sides in the mountains.
MIKE VENTRY
Co-Owner – Sales Manager
Mike joined our team October 2019 and actually joined the ownership the beginning of this year. Mike has been a part of the wastewater industry for 35+ years, in which 29 years was with Flygt. He specializes in pump sales and services along with trouble shooting, failure analysis and preventative maintenance. Mike has been married for 42 years and has 2 children and 3 grandchildren. On the weekends Mike enjoys spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.
DANNY BENDER
Co-Owner – Service Manager
Danny has been assisting since the beginning of Pro Pump and actually joined the ownership the beginning of this year. Danny has been a part of the wastewater industry for 30+ years. Danny is our electrical go to, however he also works in the field and scheduling the guys. Danny is a Marine, He has been married for 39 years and has 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren. When Danny isn’t working or spending time with his family, he enjoys hunting.
LORETTA GIBBS
ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR
Loretta has been assisting since the beginning of Pro Pump and actually joined the team February 2020. Loretta has been in the administrative field for 30 years and is married to Mike Gibbs, so she has technically been in the industry for 18 years. Loretta has 4 children and 7 grandchildren. Loretta enjoys spending time with her family, concerts, riding side by sides, going to the beach and doing yardwork.
DON CROMARTIE
SALES CONSULTANT
Don is a legend in the pump business and has been active in this industry for 40+ years. Prior to working with Pro Pump, Don has been a sales rep with JWC Environmental, Wickliffe Environmental and 18 years with Flygt. Don has been married for 30+ years and has 2 children. When he is not selling pumps and solving problems he loves golfing, tennis and spending time with people.
MITCHELL GIBBS
SHOP SUPERVISOR / FIELD SERVICE
Mitchell joined our team September 2017. Mitchell has been with Pro Pump since the beginning and has grown up in the industry and has officially been in the industry for 12+ years. Mitchell is an Army veteran and the son of Mike & Loretta Gibbs. He has been married for 13 years and has 2 children. Mitchell enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and pretty much anything else outdoors.

Maddison joined our team September 2017. Maddison has been with Pro Pump since the beginning and has grown up in the industry. Maddison is the daughter of Mike and Loretta Gibbs. She has been married for 9 years and has 2 children. Maddison enjoys spending time with her family and outdoor sports.

Ashley joined our team February 2024. Ashley came to us from Home Depot. Ashley is the daughter of Danny Bender. She has been married for 10 years and has 3 children. Ashley enjoys hiking, spending time with kids at sporting events, and spending time with family.

UTILITIES SPECIALIST
Nick initially joined our team June 2021. He left to explore other options mid 2023 and then returned back to us February 2024. Nick has been in similar industries for 22+ years. Nick has been married for 20 years, and has 2 children. Nick enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and piddling with automobiles.

Julian joined the team February 2024. Forrest has been in similar industries for 14+ years. When Forrest isn’t at work, he likes to be outdoors and hanging with family and friends.
